New Robeez Mini Shoez
Posted by Elizabeth Leach at 10:00 AM on August 7, 2008
They spotted me before I spotted them. I was wheeling my 13 month-old around the Children’s Club Expo and she was wearing her hot pink Robeez with daisies. These are the only shoes she wears when we’re out all day because she can’t take them off. A woman at the Robeez booth pointed to her shoes and I said exactly that. She nodded knowingly. My eyes drifted down to her table and I saw the new soft-soled shoes from Robeez. The Mini Shoez.
The Mini Shoez look like grown-up shoes but with Robeez’s flexible soft soles and “easy on/stays on” elasticized back. They are for indoor and light outdoor use, have adjustable straps or laces, are water-repellant, and have non-slip soles. And they look so “back to school” even though they aren’t going to school yet! Choose from dressy Mary Janes, suede Mary Janes, suede boots, sporty loafers, and leather T-straps.
Shipping August 18 here for US$33.95 (they ship to Australia).

I’m a regular purchaser of Robeez in Australia. I was told about 18 months ago that Robeez were no longer being supplied to Aussie shops, so i bought up big what was left! Since then i’ve been purchasing direct from Robeez US website with no problems at all, til i received an email stating the Robeez are now unable to ship to Aussie as of the 20th August! so at 11.59pm i put in my final order of Robeez tredz that will hopefully last my daughter the next 2 years! Now, does anyone know if my info is correct? Do Aussie retailers have Robeez tredz instock?
I think you are correct about Robeez not being available in Australia any more. Shoes & Sox, David Jones and Fragile are no longer stocking them. infancy.com.au sells some of the pre-walkers and it looks like you can also pick up some on eBay.
cheekylittlesoles.com.au has similar soft-pre walkers.
I did find http://www.tinysoles.com which stock the Tredz and ship internationally.
Let us know how you go! – Ed.
You will find similar styles of soft soled leather shoes and boots at http://www.skeanie.com. Priced from $29.95. SKEANIE is based in Australia and is Australian owned.
Yep you cant get Robeez anywhere in Australia anymore, but I also buy BabyPaws they are a company in Tasmania and prices start from $29.95 they are the best I have just bought 2 pairs for my little boy this is his 4th pair and he is only 8 months old. Give them a go you wont be disappointed.
