Yikes! What Happened To Tori Spelling???

I don't necessarily like to state the obvious – I mean I will if I must, but seriously, do I even need words?  Although she just gave birth to her second child, that couldn't possibly be the reason her, uh, cleavage is a bit messed.  Is that a result from bad plastic surgery?  Poor girl!  But let's find a silver lining shall we?  Tori's wearing a pretty pendant with her children's names – Liam and Stella – engraved on it.  That's cute right?  Yes!!

More pics after the jump!

Tori and hubby Dean McDermott were spotted out window-shopping along the streets of Beverly Hills.  Perhaps she should avoid low-cut tops and dresses?  Just sayin'.

Her cleavage has looked like that since her 90210 days. (Seriously, years and years and years). It has got to have been one of the worst boob jobs ever in Hollywood – just surprising she didn’t get it fixed ages ago. And she ALWAYS wears these low cut tops… maybe she really doesn’t look at the pictures of herself?
