When You Absolutely, Positively Have to Lay Down ‘Rock Band’ Drum Tracks Right Now

Posted by Aaron Burgess at 10:15 AM on October 10, 2008

Packing everything you see here and absolutely nothing else, Mad Catz' Official Rock Band Portable Drum Kit for Xbox 360 gives new meaning to the term "going mobile." The kit's four heads, which you can position atop any hard, flat surface, have reportedly been designed to withstand over 1 million hits (not sure what that translates to in terms of songs, but we're guessing it gets you more Ramones tunes but not Metallica ones), while the kick pedal and curiously Wii-ish navigation panel sit separately to give you added mobility.

It's still listed as "coming soon," but $US59.99 at GameShark
