Nicole Richie Giving Harlow A Sibling?!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden became parents in January of this year and are now possibly wanting to give their 9-month-old daughter, Harlow, a brother or sister!
According to Star mag, Nicole, 27, has been working with several low-income families through her charity organization, The Richie Madden Foundation, and doing so, has inspired her to want to adopt an underprivileged orphan.
A source said that Nicole is, "seriously looking into it and asking a lot of questions about adopting."
The insider added, "Nicole has been visiting Beyond Shelter in L.A. two or three times a week and spends a couple of hours with homeless children. She loves being around them."
However, her boyfriend Joel, might not be as open to the idea as she is.
"I don't know how keen her boyfriend is on the idea. Still Nicole is determined," said the source.
