What Real Estate Crisis? David Beckham’s Trashed Childhood Home Selling for $1.5 Million

TMZ Is reporting that David Beckham's childhood home in London may soon be sold for quadruple its value.  How's that for a realtor's dream?  

Beckham only lived in the modest three bedroom, one bath home in the Leytonstone district for the first two years of his life.   An avid David Beckham memorabilia collector has offered the owner $1.5 million for the $375,000 crib.

This is the best argument I've heard yet for putting some lipstick on your kid and pushing her into the harsh world of show business.  So she'll need a few years of therapy to get over it – you'll be able to cover it when you've sold her childhood home for a big wad of cash.
