Video: Angelina Jolie Cries

Angelina Jolie is often guarded when it comes to her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand.  However, during a London press conference for her new film Changeling, Angie broke down when she was discussing her mum.  Marcheline passed away in January of 2007, after a 7 1/2 year battle with cancer.  Angelina dedicated her role of Christine Collins to her mother.

Video after the jump!

Jolie said, "A single mum in 1928 was a difficult place to come from.  [She] didn't command any respect.  Because I couldn't relate to it, my mum wasn't [there in] 1928, but there was something about her."

Angie's eyes tear up and she even curses because she's so emotional.  She continues, "She is very much Christine Collins.  She was really, really sweet and she would never get angry.  She couldn't swear to save her life.  But when it came to her kids, she was really, really fierce.  So this is very much her and her story."

Angelina said her mom's nickname was "Marshmallow" because she was the "softest, most gentle woman in the world.  She was the one I relate to who had that elegance and strength and just knowing what was right."

I do sort of feel sorry for her.  Angelina didn't get to have her mum here to see her twins born and won't get to see all six of the Jolie-Pitts grow up.
