Laura Dern is Too Cool For School

Here's Laura Dern picking up Jaya, 3-1/2, from school the other day in Santa Monica. Little Jaya turns 4 on Friday! Laura Dern and Ben Harper are also parents to Ellery Walker, 7. Ben also has two kids – Harris and Charles – from a previous relationship.
Laura was most recently seen in the HBO film "Recount," which detailed the 2000 Presidential election. Next year she's due to star in – believe it or not – "Jurassic Park IV."
