Madonna Finds Comfort With Ex Sean Penn

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's preliminary divorce details have been settled – Guy won't be getting any of Madge's estimated $600 million fortune and they will share time with their children – Rocco, 8 and David 3, split between England and the US.  Lourdes, Madonna's daughter with Carlos Leon, will stay with her in NYC.  So now that the end is just about here for the couple, how does Madonna deal with what's happened?  Apparently, she's been leaning on her ex-husband, actor Sean Penn.

A source close to the Material Girl says that Madonna has been finding comfort with Sean Penn.  "It's a sad situation, but she's not heartbroken.  She's handling it well."

The 50-year-old pop icon is focusing her attention on her work and her children.  The source adds, "She's got a very busy life."

Madonna and Penn were seen having drinks at the Greenwich Hotel in Manhattan last week.  And although they were friendly, there's nothing romantic going on.

The insider said, "They have a nice rapport.  There's nothing romantic there.  They're just good friends."
