Leave it to the Danish to design children's cutlery whose odd shape defies traditional expectations, and models form on function. Designed by silvermaker Kay Bojesen (who also created time-tested kids wooden toys), this cutlery set has flat handles, which are easier to grasp for small hands. The foodpusher is less fork, more rake without tongs. To get your baby's hands on the heirloom quality pieces, you'll have to shell out $US45 at Babygeared.
