Toddler hurt in drive-by shooting
A toddler was injured while sleeping in his bed during a drive-by shooting in Sydney’s west this morning. Witnesses have told police they saw three men in a white car fire three shots at a house on Vardys Road in Blacktown just after midnight. One bullet scraped past the three-year-old boy.
