Brad Pitt: It Was Natural To Cheat With Angie

Posted by Sassy Smith at 4:15 PM on December 29, 2008

Okay, sure, he didn't say that exactly, but Brad Pitt says that being with Angelina Jolie and making babies with her was a natural direction.  Nevermind that he was married to Jennifer Aniston at the time, but that's old news right?

Brad says that being in love with Angie never gets old.  He's been quoted by the L.A. Times about that love and how he ended up there.  And trust me, if you read between the lines, you'll get the distinct feeling that Pitt is sort of confessing his sins.

After making The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and the love story that it tells, the 45-year-old actor got to thinking about true love and how it affects the life you lead.

"It's a tragedy in the sense that any love involves loss, and that's the risk you take. And the greater the love, the greater the loss. I certainly feel that now with the woman I'm with, and the children that I have. But whatever the course may be, this time together is extraordinary."

Getting with Angelina was natural and he had that other life, but felt it was time to move on:

"I had a whole other life and I got to experience a lot. And I probably got away with more than I should. And it kind of ran its course, you know, it kind of hit a dead end. [Fatherhood is] the direction I always thought I would go in. But not until, with Angie and it felt like a natural evolution, a natural direction."  Is it just me, or do I sense a confession with that statement and a bit of a slap to Jen (about kids)?

Life with Angie has made Brad a better actor:

"I don't have to grope as much for the character. I can get there quicker, so it's not as much trial and error," he says. "Also, as I get older, more experiences, I'm more fine-tuned in what I'm after, what I think speaks in the piece. And lastly I want to hurry and get home to my kids."

The Brad, Jennifer and Angelina triangle just won't die.  Not sure why – oh maybe because people keep talking about it?  *Cough*

Brad is a good dad, I'll give the man that.

I think people will be talking about this for years and years to come. It’s a real life soap opera.

Personally, I liked Brangelina better when they weren’t all lovey-dovey in interviews. Brad Pitt claims to be a private person, yet he didn’t have any problems selling pictures of Angie breastfeeding his newborn child or talking endlessly about the family.

No matter what he says, it always ends up making Jennifer Aniston look bad for some reason (ie desperate, sad, lonely). I do not get it.

The guy is either pissed off at his ex for some reason, or he’s apologizing to his current woman about something (or being coerced to). Or both. That’s what it sounds like to me. God knows they’ve NEVER been private, in fact they’re always looking for excuses to talk about themselves- like they’d vanish into thin air if they didn’t, but this lameass is just sounding desperate now. Dude keep personal crap to yourself, if only for the kids sake. They don’t need more publicity b/c their parents can NEVER shut up. Good father? I think Brangelina surpasses the Cruise clan opportunism, for whoring tikes out. The new Hollywood is shockingly artificial, if not plain sinister. Yeah I know HW has always been a posing biz but it seems worse now.

As Jennifer has said several times, but the media seems hell-bent on ignoring. Her life with Brad was a “million years ago”. She has moved on. Take one look at her healthy glow and you see how much better off she is without the cheating, egotisical, bastard. He and Jolie both look like they’ve been “rode hard and put up wet” these days. It’s a bizarre situation they created. It will all come out in the wash.

Brad Pitt STOP talking… We get it! You fell in love, cheated on your wife, lied repeatedly, played fake family in a photo spread, have had 6 kids in a couple years, and are happier than you ever were with Jennifer Aniston. (Maybe ANiston is happier too?) Stop qualifying your life… Keep your private family photos to yourself. WHy oh Why would you share with God and y our parents pictures of Angie breastfeeding??? Huh? Have a bit of dignity… Stop asking everyone to forget your past… Own it. Stop comparing. Stop competing. Apologize. Stop waving the Angie is my beautiful perfect wife flag… It’s annoying to all and unfair to Angie… Be genuine. It’s obvious that you miss Jennifer ANiston and Love Angelina. The decision is over. Everyone but Pitt has moved on. Stop trying to convince yourself you made the right decision through the media. Just own the decision and go on and raise your family. Secre

Pitt is a jerk, anyway. Jolie is a slut, anyway. They deserve one another!
