Photos: The Secret To Kate Winslet Looking Good Naked

Kate Winslet, after having two kids, admits that she has to work harder at keeping fit.  She says that being nude on film gives her great incentive to get in shape, especially playing an older woman seducing a teen in her latest flick, The Reader.  So, how does she get that sexy body?

The 33-year-old actress could have had a body double in the movie, but opted not to – she wanted the nude scenes to be real.

She said, "The body on screen is all me.  I'm doing alright.  I've had two kids [Mia, 8, and Joe, 5].  I don't look in the mirror and go:  'I look fantastic!'  I don't believe in perfection, but I do believe in saying: 'This is who I am.'"

And the secret to her sexy shape?  No secret really – just common sense and hard work.

Kate avoids carbs and alcohol.

She continues, "I don't eat pasta or bread, I don't drink and I limit processed foods.

"I don't go to the gym.  I go through phases where I think, 'I really should go.'  But I work out on the living room carpet.  It's great – no one's looking at you, no one's telling you what to do.

"I have a mat and weights and I do a stomach and burn thing."

She adds, she's not perfect – she's got her flaws like everyone else.

"I have a crumble baby belly, my boobs are the worse for wear after two kids.  I'm not a supermodel.  I just do whatever I can to stay healthy."

I like her – she seems so normal, well as normal as any celebrity can be!
