What makes this structure have such a high price tag? This top of the line tepee was designed Dave Ellis who started creating his own line of tents and tepees way back in 1982. He uses exceptional materials and the construction provides proper ventilation, is flame resistance and has reinforced stress points. It has a sewn-in floor that provides proper air flow and protects the interior from the elements. Yeah, I love a good old-fashioned tepee as much as the next person but for $US2200?
