Tina Fey won the first award of the evening at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, taking the honor for best female actor in a comedy series for her work on “30 Rock.” Fey was quick to give credit where credit was due and dedicated her award to her daughter, Alice, 3, calling her “the funniest person in my family.”
The actress also took a thinly-veiled jab at Hollywood producers, who have battled Hollywood trade guilds over actors, writers and others’ share of potential profits from Web programming. Referring again to Alice, Fey said, “Some day she’ll be old enough to watch 30 Rock reruns on the Internet and understand where Mummy was going at 6 a.m. every day for all that time. And she’ll look up at me and say, ‘What do you mean you don’t get residuals for this?’ ”
