Erykah Badu And Jay Electronica Welcome Daughter

Erykah Badu, singer and songwriter, welcomed her first daughter with boyfriend Jay Electronica yesterday at 1:30pm. The couple provided updates all along through Twitter. Jay wrote about his daughter being born, “It’s the happiest day of my life!”
Erykah, 37, delivered her third child naturally. “I’m doing foot squeezes and foot rubs when the contractions hit,” Jay Twittered. “Puma is rubbing her hands.”
Puma is Erykah’s 4-1/2-year-old daughter with rapper D.O.C. There’s also son Seven Sirius, 11, with Outkast’s Andre 3000.
