Heidi Klum showed off her baby bump (if you squint, turn your head sharply to the left, and sprinkle fairy duston your computer screen,you can sort of see it) while out shopping with her three children – Leni, 5, Henry 3, and Johan, 2 1/2.

Heidi, reportedly four months along in her fourth pregnancy, picked up a few things at FAO Schwartz in New York City on Wed, April 15. Perhaps some baby items?
Gosh, her kids are gorgeous aren’t they? I’m guessing baby number four will be just as beautiful.
