Britney Is Unfit – But For What?

Poor Britney, I wonder if she minds being called “unfit” and what that does for her psyche.
A judge ruled that she is unfit to appear in court and testify. Some ask the question, why can she do a tour but not appear in court. It’s a little tricky, just because she can get up on stage and strut her stuff doesn’t mean she’s ready to get up in front of a judge and testify.
It’s totally different. In court nothing is rehearsed and planned out, but on stage everything is planned, from the moment she steps on stage until she steps off.
She’s making some progress though. They are just saying that she can’t testify, not that they are taking her visitation rights, because she’s an unfit mother.
Hopefully the judge will extend the restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib indefinitely. She needs to keep them out of her life.
She didn’t have to go to court. Eardley and his attorney were willing to depose her to answer two simple questions.
The proposed deposition site was any place of her choosing.
Also, it was a closed court hearing so you’re only hearing it from the attorneys who talked to the press at which point it’s a free for all in what is said and not a part of the court record.
