Madonna And Lourdes Ga-Ga For Lady Gaga?

Madonna and Lourdes

Madonna and her daughter Lourdes, 12, showed up at Lady G’s concert in New York this weekend at Terminal 5.

Reportedly, Madonna wasn’t just there to humor Lourdes or anything. In fact, it may have been the other way around, as it turns out that Madge is a big fan.

“Madonna loved Gaga’s show,” a source told the New York Daily News. “Especially when Gaga played Future Love on the piano. Lourdes was singing along to every word.” The source adds that Madonna and Lourdes left halfway through the show, “probably because Gaga went on late, around 1 a.m., and Madge is a good mom!”

You can’t hardly scan a gossip site these days without running across headlines about either Madonna or Lady Gaga, so how fitting is it that they end up crossing paths in real life? Or course, Madonna is making
headlines mostly for her unsuccessful attempts to adopt Mercy James. Sad.

This isn’t the first time the pop divas have been discussed in the same sentence either. When compared to the queen of pop in the past, this is what Gaga had to say:

“We’re both Italian-American women, we both started out in the New York underground scene — and we both became famous when we dyed our hair blonde… I think what Madonna and I share is that we’re both fearless, we both have a lot of nerve.”
