The Brodericks Say Goodbye To The Old Townhouse

Matthew Broderick, Sarah Jessica Parker, and James

The Brodericks are moving the family unit to new and larger digs in preparation for the twins.

Obviously, with twins expected on July 18th via surrogate Michelle Ross, Sarah Jessica and Matthew felt they needed a little more space than they could squeeze out of their West Village brownstone. Plus, I’m guessing that SJP was pretty excited to redecorate – especially when it comes to the twins new $US29,000 nursery!

Moving vans were parked outside their Manhattan townhouse yesterday as movers loaded up the power couple’s gear and Matthew swung by to make sure they weren’t breaking stuff.

Reportedly, the new place is in New York City — and I’m assuming it’s in Manhattan — but the exact location isn’t known yet. I doubt it will be long before the paps zero in on it.
