You said so yourself that you get to watch only 10 min of the entire show…

I hate people who doesnt even know the real score and yet talk as if they know everything.. there is no wrong opinion, but if you dont have any idea what you are talking about then thats unforgiveable! Youre only proving how ignorant you are!

I wouldn’t say I am a defender, I just agree that they are both at fault.
Jon has done and said some equally mean things, he is just more humourous in the way he presents it which is disarming to the audience.
Plus he really yells at the kids a lot now that he is home all the time. If you are watching this newer season on Foxtel now you will notice.
He is under the same stress as her and he is taking it out on the kids too.
I just want to say that neither are perfect which I think was the point of the blog and clearly one is getting more negative press than the other.

Bug, they were already separated six months ago. This is not only according to Kate’s brother Kevin who told Radar Online that Jon came to them one day and telling them his relationship with Kate.

The new issue of IN TOUCH mag. is even confirming that six months ago Jon confronted Kate about her affair with her BODYGUARD. And that this confrontation resulted in agreeing for a separation.

So if they are separated, is he still obligated to be there on her birthday?
Besides, Kate is probably the one who doesn’t want Jon around.

Obviously Kate is pretending to be missing Jon to get sympathy even though she knew for a fact they are already separated.

Kate does get all the ripping apart. While Jon seemed on board with everything in the 1st season he has turned tail and has reverted back to an 18 year old party boy. Sorry, but he does not get to act totally oblivous to the fact that he has fathered 8 kids. Some of his comments about taking off to Utah, the sororities, the 23 sun bathing on their property (that is so wrong) while Kate is away. She is no angel but he is definitly got his stuff that just is not right.

Kate is mean and controlling but I agree if it weren’t for her nothing would ever get done and the kids would be starving.
I would like to see her end it this season. She is famous enough to just make money off her books now and give the kids some space.

I think you are one of the women who defend her because you think she is being bashed just because she just happen to be a strong woman. And you think people hated her for that. But if you have watched the show since the beginning you’ll definitely change your mind about her and realized that she is just naturally a mean person.

Please don’t tell me what other defenders of her kept harping about. Those defenders kept saying “if you have 8 kids screaming, running around and everything you can’t help to be mean. But the problem with Kate is that she is still mean to Jon while sitting on their chairs being interviewed when the kids are not even around. Like for instances:
1. She once berated and humiliated the guy for breathing too loud.
2. She kept on correcting his pronuciation and grammar
3. She berated him for interrupting her while she herself is more guilty of doing the same thing many times.
4. she once said that he is just blabering around

She also berated him for not using a coupon although they just move to a muti million dollar home. Many times she even slap him when she doesn’t like what he said. Many times she yelled at him in public places where many people have witnessed. Also, what if Jon is the one who is doing all this abusive behavior towards her? I don’t think you’ll do the same defending Jon about it.

By the way, do you know that before Jon met the 23 year old teacher they are already separated for months? Try to check Radar Online and search the video of Kate’s brother Kevin telling everything Jon told him. Also, the latest In Touch magazine is confirming that six months ago Jon confronted Kate about her relationship with her bodyguard. Obviously this confrontation resulted in agreeing for a separation.

While agree with your sentiment – you should really have your facts straight. Jon is either 30 or 31. He had 8 children before his 30th birthday. He got married at age 22 and then about 1 year later they got pg with Mady and Cara. The twins were 3 when the other six were born. He did work for the first year at least of the show – they showed him coming and going from work – he even made a job change to be closer to home. The past two years he has not worked outside the home. However, I agree with your evaluation of his passive aggressive nature and that he acts more like one of the kids and not the dad really. Early on in the show – the banter between Jon and Kate was sort of endearing – she was a tad domineering – but, he had very sweet ways of diffusing her. Now – totally different. Not sure who is to blame – but, would love to see them work this out with counseling and family therapy.

Jon is 31. Not 40ish. And Kate is a condescending, overbearing, attention seeking BI-ATCH.
