Morgan Freeman And His Step-Granddaughter Are Having An Affair (PHOTO)

According to the National Enquirer Morgan Freeman, 72, has been having an affair with his step-granddaughter, E’Dena Hines, 27. As a parent, this disturbs me. As a parent of girls, this really disturbs me. As a fan of Morgan Freeman’s and someone who has Shawshank Redemption on her list of all-time favorite movies, this is going to make me re-think “Hang out with Morgan Freeman” on my bucket list.
Freeman and his second wife, Myrna Colley-Lee, filed for divorce in 2008 after 24 years of marriage. The actor has two sons from previous relationships, and also a biological daughter and an adopted daughter from his first marriage. It’s unclear which of Freeman’s four children is the parent of Hines.
Freeman has allegedly been carrying on the affair with Hines since she was in her teens. According to reports, an affair was suspected as early as July of 2008 when Freeman took his step-granddaughter Hines to the Dark Knight premiere and witnesses say the two were “unusually close.”
A creepy excerpt from the Enquirer report describes how the affair began:
”[Morgan’s ex-wife] Myrna said E’Dena told her that when she was a teenager, she and Morgan went to dinner at a friend’s house one evening. Both had been drinking, and when they returned home, Morgan attempted to have sex with her.
They stopped just short of having intercourse … E’Dena explained to Myrna that she stopped Morgan from going any further.”
Myrna allegedly confronted her husband about the encounter and he confessed, but promised it wouldn’t happen again. However, the two continued to see each other:
E’Dena called Myrna [one day] in tears and “freaking out,” then allegedly blurted: We had sex when I was in California in his hotel room, and I just can’t handle it anymore.”
E’Dena told Myrna that she’d given Morgan sexy photos of herself as a substitute for his needing to be intimate with her, but that was not enough for Morgan, according to the insider. “E’Dena said she was trying to get him back to being her grandpa and not her lover.”
Okay, if this is true, disturbing may not be strong enough of a word to describe it. Stomach-turning? Disgusting? So, so, so WRONG?
He might be an excellent actor but a paedo. I would not let any child or grandchild of mine anywhere near this psycho!
urgh!! this is wrong on so many levels. In one fell swoop I have lost all respect for Morgan Freeman as a human being. He is no better than Woody Allen! Do these men not recognize ANY boundaries???
I really like Morgan Freeman as a actor, but as a person i feel that what he is doing is totally wrong. Although she is his step granddaughter doesn’t make it any different.
This does not make him a child molester.
She was a grown women.She could have said no.
Okay people… Read this carefully… THIS REPORT CAME FROM THE FREAKING NATIONAL EQUIRER FOR PETE’S SAKE!!! Until I hear from a reasonably less skanky source… It’s just a rumor to me.
