“Bad” Mum of 13 Plans To keep Having Kids

Meet British mother Theresa Winters. At 36 she has been pregnant every year of her life, bar one, since she was 19. But none of her children live with her — all have been removed from her care by authorities concerned about her lack of parenting ability.
Pregnant for the 14th time, Ms Winters has allegedly vowed to keep having kids until she is allowed to keep one.
“We just want to be a family,” she told The Sun.
Authorities are concerned about the drinking habits and aggressive behaviour of Ms Winters and her partner, as well as a disturbing lack of maternal instinct. She lost one child to authorities after walking out of hospital after it was born in the evening and taken into intensive care. When she returned in the morning, it had been taken into care.
And the clincher? At 25 weeks pregnant she smoked all through her interview with The Sun.
So, perhaps she’ll be taking parenting classes this time around then? Nope.
Social services invited the couple to attend a free group parenting session, but they refused, saying they did not want to air their issues in front of strangers.
As UK ex-Shadow Home Secretary Ann Widdecombe said: “It’s scandalous this woman has had so many children. But what can you do? There is nothing the State can do to stop her.”
Is it fair to keep having children even if you know they will most likely go straight in to the foster care system?
