How Did Jennifer Lopez Lose 23 kg?

Jennifer Lopez gave birth to twins, Max and Emme, in February of 2008, and the 40-year-old singer and actress was able to shed her baby weight—all 23 kg. How did she do it?
J.Lo tells Life & Style, it was not an easy task to lose the weight, “I had to work really hard.”
Gunnar Peterson, Jennifer’s trainer said, “She isn’t afraid to push herself in the gym. She’s not somebody who blows it off because she’s working 18-hour days on the set. She finds a way to get back in, even if it means exercising really late at night.”
Jennifer puts in at least an hour of workout time on the days she’s exercising. Sometimes it’s two days a week, sometimes it’s six.
Since last October, she’s been using meal delivery service Freshology. They offer low-calorie meals that consist of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, good fats and low glycermic carbs.
Gunnar adds, “She stays ready so she doesn’t ever have to get ready. She just keeps her foot on the pedal.”
Again with the hard work and eating right…I see a pattern here! It’s paid off though, Jen looks great in her bikini!
