K-Fed’s Weight-Loss Plan

A lot has been made out of K-Fed’s “daddy bump” recently, especially because it seems to be growing right before our very eyes. As it turns out, the producers of his new VH1 reality show have ordered him to lose 20kg.
The former dancer has already handed the excuse that he’s just too busy watching his two sons (with the help of nanny staff) to find time to exercise. So, how is K-Fed supposed to lose 20kg in only a few weeks?
VH1 has hired celebrity trainer Chris Cormier to magically melt the pounds away. Here’s what Chris has in store:
“Before breakfast, Federline goes on a three-mile walk.
Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, orange juice, 6 egg whites and 1 protein shake.
Lunch: 1/2 of a barbecued chicken, fresh broccoli and a side of brown rice.
Meal three: One 8 oz (227g) steak, and all the green veggies he can eat.
Meal four: Fresh fish, preferably grilled or steamed salmon and more broccoli.
Meal five: 1/2 of a barbecued chicken and veggies.”
So, what’s meal six? Kevin likes to take his gut out to a restaurant, so Chris recommends a steak, fish,or chicken with a side of veggies.
“I don’t let him eat after 10pm,” Cormier told RadarOnline.com. “If he needs a snack, he can have all the egg whites he wants or some non-fat plain yogurt, but that’s it.”
And lastly, Cormier inisists that K-Fed stay hydrated. “I have him drinking a gallon and a half (almost six litres!) of water every day,” he told us.
I’m always sceptical about diets that rely on changing what and when you eat without making you workout until you puke. We’ll see if K-Fed can get in shape and set a good example for Sean Preston and Jayden James.
