How To Build An A is an alphabet book that comes along with blocks. It’s a fun way for toddlers to learn their letters if they don’t know how to write yet. The author, Sara Midda, also drew the charming watercolour illustrations.

While you go through the alphabet on each page, a drawing of Midda’s little people is shown building the letter. Also included is a letter-building kit containing 11 foam pieces. A mesh bag holds all the pieces together so you won’t lose the pieces.

This is recommended for ages 2 and up. My son really likes this book and kit. Besides playing with the foam pieces to build the letter he also uses the parts as a road for his cars!
