“Pete isn’t worried about stretch marks. He always makes me feel sexy. There’s going to be a time when I’m way curvier, and that’ll be sexy too. What defines sexy is not someone’s weight. Personally I like curves… I want to look good for me. I want to feel good.”

She told Women’s Health magazine that their son is keeping her in shape. She said, “I do Bronx Pilates! And these biceps are from holding him. He’s in my arms all the time.” She also mentioned that marriage and a family has changed her saying “Being married made me able to share more. Now Pete and Bronx come first. It has humbled me.”

US Star Magazine has a ’source’ that said, “Ashlee wants to start a clothing line. She wants it to be both preppy and punk rock. She thinks she can really succeed in fashion.”

But maybe big sis Jessica can give her some tips since she’s done pretty well with her clothing, shoe and handbag line.

An insider revealed, “She’s reading scripts. Acting is her focus now. If she had an album, she’d have to tour and be away from Bronx. She wants consistency….”

Ironically she just got dumped from CW’s Melrose Place. Looks like she’ll have plenty of time on her hands now.

“The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn’t really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older, they realised that really isn’t a child-friendly house.” They continued to say: “they are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children.”

And in case you are interested in this property, you would probably like to know that the house has “four floors, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a media room, gym, swimming pool and a two-story guesthouse.”

The house was reportedly purchased for $US4.5 million by Simpson back in 2007. Reckon they’ll make a profit in this economic climate?

I’m not sure if Ashlee Simpson is on board with this or not, but her husband Pete Wentz wants a soccer team of kids!

Pete does want a lot of children but right now, those plans will have to wait.

“Everything is awesome about being a dad,” said Wentz, who is father to 10-month-old Bronx Mowgli.  “Eventually we want to be able to have a soccer team.”

The Fall Out Boy band member added that he and Ashlee have to “schedule and time things right… Ashlee is really focused on Melrose Place right now and I’m figuring what I’m doing next year.” 

Pete loves being a father.  He said, “The best part for me now is that I think for the first 9 months mum is so essential.  When they start hanging out with dad more you’re like, ‘Wow I feel like a dad.’  You go to music class and do fun stuff together, it’s cool.”

And now that Pete is a daddy, he can appreciate his own father.  “It makes me realise all of the little things that my dad sacrificed when he had me.  It’s sad it took 30 years but I totally realise it now.”

Oh, good, I only have 8 years for my oldest to appreciate me!  Ha.

Bronx, along with mum and dad (because, yeah, he’s a bit young to be trekking out alone), were spotted on Thursday (September 10) at a park in Beverly Hills, California.

That boy looks like he’s going to be walking soon! He’ll be keeping Ashlee and Pete on their toes for sure. He’s so adorable and looks a lot like dad.

Singer and Melrose Place actress Ashlee Simpson, who has a son – Bronx, 9 months - with husband Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz, says she doesn’t mind if her baby takes up showbiz as his career choice.

“I’m all about whatever it is Bronx likes to do and wants to do.  Definitely going to follow what it is that he loves and hope to be a great parents in that way.”

It’s funny how some celebs are totally cool with their kids getting into showbiz and others are so against it.

“Pete was in the DJ booth when Ashlee came up completely wasted and yelled at him to leave. They fought, she told him he was horrible in front of a whole group of people and made him leave his own party early. So they make a scene and leave the bar.”

According to the same source, Ashlee freaked out on a paparazzo and “chased the guy down the street and made him erase the pictures.”

If you’ll remember, Ashlee had a similar episode a few months back, when she assaulted Pete Wentz’s ex Michelle Trachtenberg at a banquet. Since then, it’s been rumoured that Ashlee is suffering from post-baby depression.

Like I said, Ashlee is vehemently denying the rumours, posting on her Twitter page:

“Your story is WAY off. my husband is an amazing dj and was dedicating songs to me. We were just havin fun. Our love is amazing.”

Ashlee Simpson gave birth last November to her first child, son Bronx, and it didn’t take the Melrose Place actress long to shed her baby weight.  How did she do it?  Hint: Not like Pamela Anderson stays in shape.  At least not that we know of.

Luck.  Yes, you read that correctly, Luck.  So, apparently rubbing a rabbit’s foot (you know how those things are lucky!) may help you lose that weight you’ve been wanting to shed.

Ashlee was surprised that losing the baby weight was much easier than she thought it would be.  “After I had Bronx I lucked out…I mean, I’m 24-years-old. I have the genes from my mother and I did work out for three months.”  Oh well, she did work out.  Plus she’s 24.  Plus she’s got good genes.

Does anyone else have the sudden desire to eat a slice of mud cake?  Make that an entire mud cake?

Ash reads parenting magazines!  She said on Twitter, “Reading parenting early years magazines on melrose set.  It’s a great magazine for new mom’s!! Good find ”

Ashlee told PEOPLE, her Melrose character Violet “is looking for a family member — looking for any kind of family, looking for love.  She’s really not accepted — not just yet.  I think that’s something interesting, to play the outsider.”

The 24-year-old singer/actress is married to Fallout Boy Pete Wentz and their son Bronx Mowgli is almost nine months old.
