For a show that bills itself as family friendly, they sure like to hire contestants that don’t mind showing a little a lot of skin. (Think Holly Madison).  So Pamela Anderson isn’t a big surprise and the goal is probably to boost male viewership.  And at least it will keep her firmly planted near her two sons for a while — given DWTS shoots in California — instead of partying in Las Vegas at the drop of a hat.

Apparently, Pam has been ordered to appear in Malibu small claims court over a bunch of tools and supplies that she allegedly took from a contractor who was hired to do some home improvements on her Malibu estate.

The amount in dispute is only $5,000, so it’s not exactly going to break the bank for Pam. The interesting part of this deal is that Condey Contruction Corp is the 6th contractor to sue Pam this year. All of whom were supposedly hired to renovate Pamela’s mansion.

If Pamela owns a mansion, why’s she living in an upscale trailer park with her two boys? If Pam’s house is being renovated, why isn’t she paying her contractors?

Is it, perhaps, because Pam’s Xanadu is under foreclosure? We’ll see…

She said, “Well I’ve tried it and I don’t like it. I’m completely hyper and it actually doesn’t work for me. I’ve dabbled in things.”

She says she still likes to get crazy sometimes. “I haven’t had a drink in a month, I don’t drink. Champagne – sometimes I’ll drink it and I’ll get a little crazy, doing backflips and, you know, wrestling people on the floor, but I’m taking a break right now, my friend calls it ‘detox so you can retox’.”

Sounds like a great example for her kids. “Detox to Retox,” that sounds like something you do Monday to Wednesday while at Uni and waiting for the weekend.

Fact says she’s not. Thank goodness.  The only baby she is growing is a food baby.

Her boys must be happy that they aren’t going to have another sibling on the way. They are getting so big themselves that they would probably be great big brothers.

She says that she understands why people kill themselves over building projects.

Huh? Wow, I’ve never heard of that. That’s crazy!

She says, “I’m going to sell it. I hate it. People commit suicide over constructions. Relationships break down over constructions and I can see why. It rips your heart out.”

I think it rips your heart out when you don’t pay for it. The legal brouhaha was the killer. She says she isn’t in debt, but yet she doesn’t want to pay. That’s not setting a very good example for her boys. They’re going to think that it’s OK to renege on their commitments.

It’s funny being a parent. You have to watch everything you do, everything is a lesson for your children.

On Sunday, at the Hollywood Style Awards, Pamela wore a dishevelled looking gown by cutting edge designer Vivienne Westwood. This dress featured a long train, which does look a wee bit hazardous to walk with. So Pamela enlisted nine-year-old Adelaide Gault to tend to her train all night.

A guest at the event said. “She didn’t even have her own seat and had to sit at Pamela’s feet, where people nearly stepped on her to get to the stage. The girl looked uncomfortable and kept tugging on her dress to get her attention, but Pamela waved her away.

Pamela was telling people it was her daughter. And, after she presented David LaChapelle with an award onstage, she shouted ‘daughter’ in front of the whole auditorium, and slapped her leg like she was calling a puppy. The girl rushed up to grab her train.”

This was not her own child (she has two sons with ex-hubby Tommy Lee) but a lender from make-up artist to the stars Sharon Gault.

Needless to say child advocacy groups are up in arms. But really, why wear the dress in the first place? It looks like a dining room table cloth brazenly draped around Pamela’s body. Next time, she should wear something more practical and perhaps lose the child slave.

Pamela Anderson had people talking when she attended a recent photography exhibition, as she disappeared with a guy to an outdoor bathroom trailer for almost an hour.

The hottie was present at the opening party for David LaChapelle’s new photography exhibition at the David DeSanctis gallery in LA.

“She was with a guy who plays a character in Cirque du Soleil. They were in the outdoor bathroom trailer together for almost an hour,” the New York Post quoted an attendee as saying.

The insider added: “It was a really crowded party but everyone was whispering about it. We’re not sure what was going on in there.”

She’s dating a guy, Jamie Padgett!  And she and her new boyfriend are reportedly shacked up with their sons (both have two boys), so why is she in a bathroom for an hour with another dude?  And for what reason?  Must have been for “art.” Yeah, that’s it.

Pam Anderson is exasperating.

Pamela Anderson, who seems to spend her life in a bikini, is apparently going to launch her new line of swimwear during Air New Zealand Fashion Week.

Pammie, who has been spending a lot of time walking the beach with her new boyfriend and their kids (they each have two sons), is going to be a working mum once again.

According to Stuff.co.nz, Anderson, 42, has hooked up with pop culture icon Richie Rich to launch her line. And the best part?  Pam may model some of her creations on the runway!  She’s going to bring style and class to Fashion Week and make her boys proud.  I swear, I’m writing this with a straight face.

The event takes place at Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour between September 21-25.  Be there!

Pamela Anderson has no skincare routine. Now, that’s bad enough, I’m sure we’re all guilty of not taking as good of care as we should. Pammie takes it to another level. She says she never wears sunscreen.

Um, yeah, I can tell.

She told Elle magazine, “What does it take to look like me? Not much” and she admitted: “I don’t wear sunscreen. I don’t have a skincare programme.”

She doesn’t have a dermatologist to tell her to put on sunscreen either.

This is me telling you, PUT ON YOUR SUNSCREEN OR YOU WILL LOOK LIKE HER WHEN YOU GET OLDER. And not in the, oh her body is awesome kind of way.

Let’s hope she tells her boys to wear sunscreen every day.
