While in Boston, where daddy Tom Cruise is filming his new blockbuster, Suri Cruise stepped out with mum Katie Holmes. How does three-year-old Suri step out? In some simple canvas comfort.

Here the young fashionista wore a pair of hot pink Mary Jane sneakers. These are very similar to the ones available at Seed — the Australian clothing company that has been a favourite of Suri’s lately. These shoes are available in light pink, white, red and navy for $29.95.

According to a source Suri’s practically got the fashion world at her tiny little feet. “Katie and Tom really splurge on Suri, and as they’re so famous, they always get the top fashion designers to custom-make her clothes,” the source said. “Suri may only be three, but she’s very vocal when it comes to her outfits and she’s rarely seen in anything twice.”

And as for gifts—don’t think you can show up with a pair of Baby Gap overalls for the little fashionista—Victoria Beckham has supposedly had a dress commissioned by designer Roberto Cavalli for Suri.

Ever the proud papa, Cruise recently revealed that he’s “flattered” by Suri’s style icon status. “It’s very flattering that people want to copy Suri’s clothes and the way she dresses,” he said. Can’t wait to see their clothing bill when Suri’s a teenager.

In her three years of life, they have reportedly spent about three million. Yes, I said three million dollars. American.

Now, I find this figure pretty unbelievable. $US300,000 seems outrageous but yet doable but $US3,000,000? Doubtful.

They pair were spotted getting on an aeroplane yesterday, destination unknown, but probably just heading home.

So what did you think of Suri’s high heels? Sure every little girl loves to wear high heels while playing dress up, but I just don’t know about extended wear while walking around the city.

Then again, all little girls aren’t like Suri Cruise. Most of the three-year-old little girls I know are crazy little things, just like the three-year-old little boys. They usually don’t carry themselves with as much decorum that Suri seems to have.

Apparently little Suri has some very grown-up tastes when it comes to fashion. “Suri’s very much like her mother,” Cruise said in a recent interview. “She will not wear trousers, only dresses.”

“I put a pair of trousers on her and turn and leave the room and straight away the trousers are off and a dress is on instead!”

“The other day, Kate showed her some gold-coloured sneakers thinking she might like to wear them, and she looked at them and said, ‘Oh mummy, these are lovely, but they’re boy shoes,’” Cruise added. “She’s sweet, but she’s very strong-willed — just like her mother.”

After the last day of filming her new flick Don’t Be Afraid Of The Dark, Holmes took her daughter to the Beyoncé concert at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. The loud music and flashing lights proved to be too much for the toddler, though, so mum and daughter left the arena, but returned later with Suri fitted with a pair of industrial earmuffs.

I’m a huge fan of Beyoncé’s, and an even bigger supporter after her graciousness towards Taylor Swift at the VMAs. I’m sure Suri will see the light and is humming along to Single Ladies, too.

I’m sure there are a lot of very different violent reactions to be had. So how did Katie Holmes react when Tom told her to lose her ‘excess poundage’? We have no idea, but we know we’d be mighty pissed off.

Rumour has it, she’s looking for a new way out of the whole scientology/crazy marriage contract. However, it seems she’s biding her time. She wants to make sure that she’ll have no holds barred access to Suri.

Well, it does, for the most part (um, save for this very-obviously-posed pic) appear that she’s only happy when she and Suri are together, alone…without Tom, doesn’t it?

Suri Cruise has been hiding.  Or not.  She probably doesn’t have much control over when and where she’s spotted since she’s only three.  The adorable tot was seen in Melbourne with her mum Katie Holmes and dad Tom Cruise, taking in the sights.

The famous trio spent the day at a Melbourne aquarium and surprisingly the photos weren’t taken by paps… but by a local mother, named Robyn!

Robyn said, “I turned around and there was Tom Cruise.  It was a pleasant surprise.”  I should ask Robyn if she thinks Katie looked, you know, PREGNANT?

The Cruises are staying at billionaire James Parker’s penthouse while they are in Australia.  Katie is set to film her new flick Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, which is a remake of a 1973 TV movie.

So you want to raise yourself a scientologist? How do you go about instilling the values, rules and regulations into your school aged offspring? By sending them to the New Village Leadership Academy. This brand new school is a Church of Scientology education center that was launched just last year by superstar Will Smith and his wife Jada (even though there is much speculation, the couple haven’t come out publicly as scientologists). This school will have a famous new student this week, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’s young daughter Suri.

The New Village Academy is located in Los Angeles and educates the pre-k to 6th Grade set. This private school has just 60 students, but they hope to get up to 80 soon. The staff are all reportedly trained Scientologists and the curriculum features “study technology” (the methodology for learning developed by L. Ron Hubbard) as a focus. They also are quite strict about nutrition with a low-carb, low-sodium, low-sugar and organic diet.

The school boasts a tailored and individualised program, which is made possible with such a small enrollment of students. Along with the academic basics the students are also schooled in “Living Skills, Spanish, Dance/Performing Arts, Science, Physical Education, Karate, Yoga, Communications, Social Studies, Leadership Development, Music, Robotics, Technology, Etiquette, and Art.” They also have a longer school day, ending at 4pm, so that there is less home work and hopefully more family time, that is when mummy and daddy aren’t off filming a movie. Although there is no is reference to Scientology on the school’s website, reports say they adhere to strict Scientology principles.

Suri will be attending this school this week, right after her third birthday and will be attending classes five days a week.

Many have a gut reaction when hearing the term Scientology but do you think this is any different than sending your kid to an established religious educational centre such as a Catholic school?
